Well....what a lovely vets. I was referred here by my wonderful vet Andreea at V4P Pontypridd. My little man Scruffy had a lump so she ref'd me here for an ultra sound. Scruffy had been in pain so they squeezed us in yesterday and the staff there were all very kind. The vet Jordie took time to explain everything to me in great detail and and altough I was being squeezed in I didnt feel rushed in any way. He ended up running late because of us but I was eternally grateful for the time he gave us. He cleared his day next week to ensure Scruffys tx can start as soon as possible. Extremely confident at delivery of treatment pans gives me the confidence my pets are in safe hands. There are no airs and graces, which puts you at ease instantly. Clearly a highly qualified gentleman but with out the need of being referred to as 'Dr', this goes along way with me . Long gone are the days where stuffy professionals made you feel inadequate, I have had my share of stuffy vets in my time and hence why I am no longer with them, and why I chose V4P as their vets are welcoming and friendly. I cant thank both my vet Andreea and Jordie enough for being so fantasic.
Took rabbit to have injection didn't have to wait staff friendly and helpful.
We are more than happy at the service we got from this clinic. Our semi feral cat became ill one Sunday our usual vet clinic was closed. I rang Pets4Pets notnholding out much hope of them seeing him that day but they told me to bring him down and if I was prepared to wait a little while they would see him.Not only did they treat him but our bill was so much cheaper than another local vet I had been using the past 18 years.Hence we have used Vets4Pets ever since.
