The man behind the desk attitude absolutely stank, no customer service skills what so ever, I went there to buy some snacks for my journey, and then he said to me you need to buy I ticked, which I replayed ill Get it on the train or in Cardiff station, as I thought it would make no difference as the moneys going to the same place. On this he refused to give me my purchase and wasnt going to give my money back. He has spoilt my family day out!! I have never met such a rude guy... I would give it a big fat 0 if I could...
