Great staff, really helpful, all you could want from a rental department. We rented 3 homes over a number of years and cannot speak highly enough of the service from everyone in JW.
We rented a property for 2 years from jw homes, when we first approached to rent it was our first time Rachel and the team helped us no end and guided us threw all the processes and explained everything in detail and nothing was to much trouble, always found the staff polite couldnt fault them at all wouldnt hesitate to recommend them
I find JD Homes polite, respectful, knowledgeable, profession and reasonable. Through my job I move around the country renting on a six month to two year basis, and have done for forty years, so I deal with a lot of other agents and find JD Homes to be one of the best.

Rude, disrespectful and not at all customer orientated.There is sometimes no substitute for people experience and the rental department certainly lacks that. Small boys in big trousers. There are certainly more professional, caring and understanding rental management people.
