Waited an hour for delivery and food was cold.phoned up and explained then was sent a fresh order and food was discusting.never use this place again!
Always used Chans, good portions friendly staff cant fault it.
Chans has always been my favourite place to get a chinese... until a few days ago unfortunately. The chips were hard & barely cooked & the rice was hard aswell as the frozen peas... it was barely cooked! Very disappointing
Absolutely disgusted to be called a liar! after calling back after my order was wrong. Time before they refused to take scottish money which is legal tender. Wont be ordering from there again and we were regular customers. Vile attitude was final straw!
Thought I would try Chan's because my usual Chinese take away was closed . Had Chicken Chop Suey and Special Fried rice both dishes were bland no flavour at all. My usual Chinese the Special Fried Rice contains Mushrooms and Prawns and peas there was none in Chan's and was very dry. The pompadoms were not crispy so overall i was very disappointed with the meal will not go back .
