AVOID. Taken multiple unauthorised direct debits- bank refunded us & are investigating Haining & Wright. No reply to emails. Alex Haining sent one email and then disappeared.Phone lines down. Website down. Suspect company have vanished without notify customers about their existing policies.
This is scam because they are not responding at all. I bought two polices already this yearWhat shall I do?
Took out boiler cover with this company, and our policy says we get an annual service we have called them so many times 19 times in one day on one occasion! Poor service e-mailed too but no response take your cover out wth another company!!responseseresponsservice
