Fuming is not the word, made appointment weeks ago with Dr Jones for yesterday, may 8th, rang up in the morning to check time as it had disappeared from my account on website, to be told it was for 9th May at 16.10 with DR Nazeing. Arrived for appointment today to be told it was yesterday and Dr Jones not there

Nice modern building. All the staff have been really good in the most of a year I have been there. Sometimes can be a wait for appointments but there are on the day appointments which is great. Disabled access, all on one level. Close to the pharmacy in the other building. I would recommend.

Total waste of space time and effort. You have to give a star just to leave a review of your own honest opinion. IT'S just a run down RAT SHACK. The building alone let's the area down but is that fair. No not on the people that live in the area. .

Doesn't deserve any stars. Cannot recommend. Health visitor hasn't bothered following up since baby was 2 months old (she's 6 months now) AND when asking Dr Ali for a specific med for our baby's reflux he told us he couldn't prescribe it due to rules, so gave us gaviscon instead, then when the uk had a shortage he ended up giving us the very medicine we originally asked for! Dr Ali also had to be convinced that I had PND/PPD - despite having preexisting mental health conditions, then he ended up prescribing me antidepressants which are dangerous to prescribe a manic depressive (they increase manic episodes) and offered no counselling or support! Then to top it all off after nagging repeatedly for 6 months no one has referred me to a diabetic team in Newport, as I used to be in Cardiff, every week we had to chase them up to no avail! Lastly, they switched medication I have been on for over a decade to save themselves money!!! They stopped my antiemetic melts and swapped them for tablets, which I cannot keep down due to the vomiting and nausea (which is why consultants gave me melts in the first place!). Also, they suddenly stopped my baby's infacol and told me to buy it, without warning, despite her needing it. Honestly, it's hard to find a good gp these days but save yourself the hassle and don't even bother trying here. It's a disgrace to medicine and triage (gps are supposed to be the middle man for all your health conditions and keep up with your consultants and needs etc). Awful.

Just as well it's not to much of an emergency, been ringing for 6 minutes solid and still going strong, JUST ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! Then to be told I can't have an appointment for 4 wks, best to phone at 8:30 in the morning to book an emergency appointment, rang 111 times, waiting yet again for them to answer, to be fully booked....you think!!
