Excellent quality with suggestions
I called Woolleys Florist out of the blue and very short notice for flowers to be sent to my partner they did say that they were too busy but they took my phone number and called me back with in 10 minutes, they had rearranged their delivery run for that afternoon to fit me in and even collected a gift to go with the flowers from my work place. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Claire for your help.
Have to give 1 star as no option for 0 stars! Called at shop to organise a wreath for my dad's funeral and I have to say that their customer service stinks! Perhaps it was the fact that the woman had to come off a personal telephone call to attend to me but just got the feeling that I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Perhaps the employee could benefit in a customer care course and learn phrases such as "Sorry for your loss" and "Let us help you out at this difficult time".I will NEVER set foot in this shop again or recommend it to anyone!Off to Marjory's in Fleur de Lis who actually knows how to talk to customers!
Bought a beautiful bunch of roses for my wife on Valentines and they're still going strong. Very helpful and got my flowers delivered by the time I requested. Would highly recommend
Not a very friendly shop went in there with work gear on maybe that had something to do with the attitude I got.. nice as pie as soon as I bought a 90 quid bunch of roses 24 roses in total I purchased. Flowers were presented realy nice upon delivery all 24 of them with a nice card . Lovely little shop but the customer service is diabolical I just don't get it even when I phoned back up to check delivery attitude stinks.
