Very rude staff!! You can never get an appointment they are an absolute disappointment! Wouldn't waste my time again! Wish I had read other reviews!
Absolutely disgusting attitude from doctor Morrel, she had a face like thunder and couldn't wait to get rid of you. Checked in before appointment time but was apparently late doing so. No time for patients ...just seems they are making up the numbers for their practice. Worst GP experience ever and IV been to few practices whilst living away . Buck up Sunnybank surgery
The doctor I saw was very offhand and insulting. He referred to me as a ''young boy'' despite being a 37-year-old man! Very disrespectful, not to mention the fact that it made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt that he was belittling me.
Has to be the worst Drs surgery in the local area. The Drs are unhelpful and reception is even worse. Phoned 60 times one morning with no answer and ended driving there to book an appointment . If you manage to get an answer from reception I get put on hold. Now in the process of moving to another surgery. 1 star rating is one too many.
Just been allocated this surgery after mine closed down. Went for first emergency appointment today - don't bother if you're a working person! Checked out the protocol yesterday and was told to ring / attend for an emergency appointment in the morning... so took morning away from work and no apps till this afternoon... They decide ON THE DAY whether their emergency apps are in the morning or afternoon so you can't plan anything around work commitments unless you know you're going to be ill in 2 weeks time and book a regular appointment! Apparently the receptionist couldn't give me any advice about what to do because she's not clinically trained... Not helpful or user friendly. Will be moving!
