I called up to chase up my referral on waiting list to be told I never filled a form in! I described the practice even though I had the layout correct was told I could have been there before (even though was not registered with them yet) when I got frustrated as to why the manager felt this practice was immune to errors I was put on speaker where she told me she wanted her staff hear me?! She spoke through me and told me I should wonder why I dont have a dental practice when I was like I was on the phone (reality was I wasnt abusive or swearing she was portraying a completely different representation to whoever was listening!) she told me I would never be a client of that practice? All over a dispute of how appalling her customer service was. Its concerning this person is allowed to manage her staff when the example she sets falls well below the standard you would expect! When I wrote an official complaint she lied about the whole event and abused her role by doing this and the only thing that has allowed this person to keep her job is the fact that calls are not recorded at their practice! Because if it was it would reflect the full truth of the details I relayed in my written complaint and I think anyone would be shocked if they heard it! Dont expect help when there is an issue here be expected to be told your lying and throw personal accusations at you and then allow the staff to be entertained by your frustration after they created it and put you on speaker breaching confidentiality and later go on to deny this ever took place! I strongly recommend that this practice invest in the facilities ensure their calls are recorded moving forward to stop this person feeling they can say what they want deny it and get away with it! APPALLING AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL HERE
